Stop his lawfare
I woke up this morning to another headline that came across my news feed that was beyond disturbing. As a taxpayer, I was frustrated once again with a report covering the wasteful spending of New Jersey Attorney General Matt Platkin’s endless warfare and expensive lawfare against God’s creative order – the natural order of biological realities rooted in Scripture and reinforced by science.
Male and female made in the image of God.
Headline: “New Jersey joins fight against state bans on care for transgender minors.” Sept 4, 2024, New Jersey Monitor
This is not the first time Matt Platkin has used his office on a political war footing to join forces with AG’s from blue states to legally attack laws in other states.
Headline: “Amid Texas abortion ban, Democrat AG’s meet in Austin to strategize on reproductive rights (abortion).” Austin American Statesman, May 29, 2024
Then again, we should become accustomed to headlines that expose his antagonism towards Life and Gender as defined by God. He has dragged local school boards into court to compel them to lie to parents and violate the public trust by keeping them in the dark concerning their child’s mental and emotional health.
But wait… there are more headlines.
Headline: “New Jersey Harasses Pregnancy Resource Centers.” August 2, 2024, The Wall Street Journal
Let me be straightforward, Attorney General Matt Platkin’s obsession to prevent mothers of unborn children from hearing their full range of options when faced with an unexpected pregnancy is immoral, and his coordination with Planned Parenthood to disparage pregnancy resource centers is unethical. It has to stop!
I believe it is urgent for you to contact his office and tell them to stop their lawfare against local school boards and pregnancy resource centers in New Jersey; and stop interfering in other states that simply want to protect their children from irreversible harmful surgeries and radical gender ideology.
