Partnering With You to Support Pastors

Over the last two days, our team at New Jersey Family Policy Center and the New Jersey Family Foundation traveled across the state with Dr. David Closson from the Family Research Council in Washington, D.C. We met with pastors and ministry leaders to share how our organizations can help pastors disciple their congregations in a Biblical Worldview, equip young Christian advocates to engage in civics with wisdom and confidence, and train church members to support those in their community who are struggling with behavioral or substance addictions.

It was an encouragement to see so many pastoral friends I’ve known for years, and to meet pastors for the first time who have heard about our 30‑year track record. Last year alone, more than 25 churches hosted events for the New Jersey Family Policy Center, and many others distributed our voter guides in the fall.

Our heart has always been to come alongside the Church — to be a support, a resource they can draw from, and a trusted voice to help express their convictions to our state legislature. We’re deeply grateful for those who faithfully serve the local church in pastoral leadership.

I want to encourage you to take a moment this week to pray for your pastor and look for a simple way to uplift their spirit this weekend. Pastors carry a lot, and your encouragement means more than you know.
