Is New Jersey the new swing state?

The political comeback of President Trump is without question a thrilling reinvigorating moment for conservative minded New Jerseyans. The results are causing a shockwave throughout the political class in our state.

In 2020, President Trump lost New Jersey by over 14%. This week, he lost by 5%. Even in deep blue congressional district 9 in Paterson, NJ, the Democrat member of Congress won by 12% in 2020, this year the win was 4%. These numbers might change slightly as final vote tallies come in.

New Jersey is experiencing an 8-10% shift in the electorate. That represents a greater movement than what high profile “swing states” experienced on Election Day.

For this reason, Micah Rasmussen, director of the Rebovich Institute for New Jersey Politics at Rider University and a former press secretary to Democratic former Gov. Jim McGreevey, said about Tuesday’s election results, “New Jersey Democrats have a huge reckoning ahead, one way or the other.”

What does this mean? The 2025 gubernatorial race will soon be here, and New Jersey is trending in a new direction!

Let’s celebrate together at our Time to Stand event in Franklin Lakes on Friday, November 22, along with our special speaker Pete Hegseth from FOX and Friends weekend. I am sure Pete, a former New Jersey resident, will encourage you and others to stand firm for parental rights and to never give up in protecting your children from the radical policies and sexually age-inappropriate curriculum pushed upon them by the Murphy administration.

Ticket prices are only $100 per person.

The New Jersey Family Policy Center’s vision is to see our state be a place where families thrive, life is cherished, and parental rights are protected, so God is honored. We are ready to go on the offensive next year, but we need your financial support. Thankfully, this year we have been able to stop several extreme measures from becoming reality here in our state, but we can do more with your support.

This is a time for rejoicing but also a time for preparation. After a football match on Sunday afternoon, the teams celebrate in the locker room but get back to work the next day to prepare for the next game. On November 22, let’s take the time to celebrate and then immediately get back to work because 2025 is just around the corner, and New Jersey might swing all the way.
